Prior to founding Harbor Light Capital Partners, Todd Warden was the Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at Markem Corporation, a global leader in product identification solutions. Before joining Markem, Mr. Warden was a principal and member of the founding investment team at General Catalyst Partners, an early stage venture capital firm based in Cambridge, MA.
Mr. Warden has been working with early stage companies as an investor and business development executive throughout his career. Mr. Warden has built a strong track record from securing initial venture funding through public offerings and mergers and acquisitions by both private and public companies. He has also collaborated and worked extensively with other families and family offices in direct investing, continuity issues and governance within family business enterprises.
Mr. Warden currently sits on the Boards of Tauck and Senet and holds Board Observer seats for Micronotes and Direct Vet Marketing. He also sits on the non-profit Boards of Mountain Bike the Tetons, the Teton Valley Community School and the Putnam Foundation. Mr. Warden received his MBA degree from The Questrom School of Business at Boston University and a BS degree in Mathematics from the University of Vermont.
He and his wife Astrid, live with their three children in Driggs, ID on the western slope of the Teton Mountains where he is an avid outdoorsman that enjoys skiing, fly fishing, mountain biking, sailing, rafting, adventure and travel.
