Advisory Board Members
Bob Cronin
As a career investment banker, Mr. Cronin has worked with a broad range of emerging growth technology companies over the last 25 years during which time he has developed extensive M&A, private capital raising and strategic advisory execution capabilities core to his focus on the growth technology sector. Most recently, Bob worked as a Managing Director at Bowen Advisors, a Boston-based, boutique technology investment banking firm, where he focused on the Enterprise Information Management software vertical, advising companies operating in the advanced analytics, business intelligence, enterprise content management, data integration and data management sectors. Mr. Cronin joined Bowen from Stonebridge Associates, LLC, a Boston-based middle market investment banking firm, where he spent more than 15 years as a founder and Senior Managing Director in charge of the firm’s technology practice group.
Bob received a BA in Economics from Dartmouth College and a MBA from the Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College where he was named an Edward Tuck Scholar.
